STARTER COURSE: Ruby Beet Risotto with Crème Fraiche infused with a Spritz of Clementine and Micro Herb Salad

ENTRÉE COURSE: Choice of ONE of the following proteins:

  • Classic Italian Herb Porchetta with an Apricot, Cinnamon and Tart Cherry Demi-Glace
  • Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon with White Balsamic Cherry Relish and Gremolata
